We specialize in personalized homeowner services that bring you comfort and peace of mind. Our service packages include but are not limited to:

Inspection Service (Typical visit ranges from $25 to $35)
Visit property on schedule for weather related damage, vandalism, break-ins, suspicious activity, and/or mechanical problems. Periodic inspection reports are distributed; contact made for critical issues; and immediate action taken for emergencies.

Project Management ($30 per hour)
Represent you in planning, budgeting, co-coordinating, monitoring and/or controlling the contributions of craftsmen and others in meeting your requirements and ensuring completion on time, within cost, and to required quality standards.

On-Request Visit ($25 per hour)
Provide access for Referral Services; receive deliveries from recommended Suppliers, etc.; serve as primary contact for neighbors, police, etc. on 24×7 basis; and quick response to emergencies continuously updating the Member.

Changeovers (Typical visit ranges from $25 to $35)
We are there between changeovers to inventory your property and iron out any small problems such as replacing a light bulb, changing the HVAC filters, replacing the batteries in the smoke alarm, picking up loose papers, forwarding your mail, etc.

Winterize/De-Winterize (Ranges from $75 to $90 for each)
We will drain the water lines, apply compressed air to lines, remove shower heads, pour anti-freeze into traps and disconnect appliances immediately following Thanksgiving. Prior to your first guest in the Spring, we will replace shower heads, open water lines and re-connect appliances.

Severe Storm Protection
Minimize damage from a severe storm, keep Member informed, and protect investment following storm.

Lawn Care/Garden Maintenance ($30 per hour)
From one-off lawn cutting to regular garden maintenance, shrubbery care, mulching, weed control, etc.

Welcome Package (Ranges from $75 to $100 + supplies)
Turn on the lights; crank up the HVAC; make the beds; and distribute the linens. But most importantly, we can shop for the first day’s essentials prior to arrival.

Paint ($30 per hour)
You to select the color and finishing touches; we will provide the professional to do the painting right the first time and stand the test of time.

Transportation (Ranges from $60 to $75 + waiting time)
We can pick you up from or return you to the nearest airport, bus terminal, or mode of transportation - all part of the service!
