Your time is very valuable and is better spent enjoying the beautiful coast of North Carolina – swimming, walks on the beach, golfing, kayaking, but most importantly — time with family and friends. Being an absentee owner our self, we will meet your local property needs – anything from ensuring your project is properly permitted to turning the lights off or checking whether you locked the doors hours after your departure.

Our coastal property is more than just an investment to us; it is our refuge and sense of satisfaction. We have made our mistakes; we have hired the contractor who treated our property as an afterthought to their “real” business; and we have depended upon the local property manager only to be neglected once their business was successful.

With the knowledge we gained over the past 25 years, WORRY FREE HOMECARE SERVICES LLC pledges:

  • We will provide services that meet or exceed your expectations
  • We will remain a sole proprietorship i.e. we will operate with no employees but instead create partnerships with professional and dependable craftsmen
  • We will limit the number of “neighbors” to a level that permits ongoing prompt and reliable service as well as friendly and enthusiastic communications to you
  • We will apply the latest technology to minimize costs, extend homeowner participation and simplify processes
  • We will continuously improve our listening skills for your special needs
  • We will co-exist with your rental management company
  • We will comply with a fee structure that reflects only our time and cost of doing business

We will work closely with you planning and prioritizing your requirements. Routine work is completed and invoiced on a monthly basis with detailed timesheets kept, if required. Our invoices do not take you by surprise – regular updates by email keep you informed of the progress, together with photographs, when appropriate – all part of the service!

Although our initial meeting is usually at your property, you are very welcome to come and meet us at our home - our work depends on mutual trust and the personal yet professional relationships we have with each of you. You will also want to be assured that you are happy dealing with us when handing over the keys of your property! We can offer you a warm welcome and some light refreshment.
