How We Work
To become a member of our neighborhood requires that you:
Complete our membership form
Pay our annual membership fee ($20.00) for each property
And provide a method to access your property
Since every property has its own unique characteristics, we would like to meet with you and discuss those areas of importance to you. Hopefully, one or more of our many services already addresses your needs but if not, we will adapt. Together we can develop a payment structure that works for you — whether it’s a monthly invoice displaying time and materials or a fixed monthly service fee.
Now that you are a member of the Neighborhood:
We are available to check your property, trim your shrubs, paint your great room, escort the insurance adjuster surveying property damage, pick up your groceries prior to arrival, dispose of hornets’ nest or manage the installation of a new roof. In some instances, you might require the services of a Craftsmen Partner. In either case
- Call or email us to request an estimate or performance of a service
- We {or our Craftsmen Partner} will contact you within 24 hours
- You schedule your project
- We will call you after the work is complete to ensure satisfaction
You can call Worry Free Homecare Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We will address your needs, take the details of your request and promptly respond. Shortly you will be able to submit work requests through this website.
On occasion, we might suggest an alternate Craftsmen Partner, if it saves you money. For example, if a new light fixture requires installation, we might offer our services or those of a Handyman rather than an electrician. Emergency situations are addressed with the utmost urgency including a visit to your property.
To ensure reliable, timely, and quality Craftsmen Partners, we verify their current insurance, contact their references, review various sources for complaints filed, compare their pricing to industry standards and verify their trade license, where necessary. You will deal directly with the Craftsmen Partner but may employ Worry Free Homecare Services as your Project Manager or your representative. Craftsmen Partners do not pay a fee to join our neighborhood!
